Mr. Aikin is an associate in our Los Angeles Office and a member of our Probate/Trust Administration department. He practices primarily in the area of trust and estate litigation and administration. Mr. Aikin also has a broad background in real estate litigation and transactions representing developers of multi-family residential, commerial and restaurant projects. He has experience in all phases of litigation, including trials, mediations and appeals, and all aspects of probate administrations.
