Tracy R. Daub, Associate

Ms. Daub is an associate in our Los Angeles office and is a member of our Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on real estate litigation. Ms. Daub has successfully represented clients in quiet title, foreclosure, unlawful detainer, breach of contract and other real estate and business matters. Ms. Daub also has extensive experience in environmental litigation and working with clients to resolve matters before regulatory agencies.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Daub was a chemist for Bay Area Air Quality Management District (1996-2002).

EDUCATION

Ms. Daub earned her law degree from USC Gould School of Law in 2005, and served as the executive editor for the USC Interdisciplinary Law Journal. While in law school, Ms. Daub also served as a law clerk with the Metropolitan Water District (2004-2006).

Ms. Daub earned a bachelor of science in biology, with a minor in biochemistry from University of San Francisco.
