Kevin Finch is a partner with our Corporate workgroup. Mr. Finch has advised and represented clients in wide range of transactional areas, including mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, securities regulation and general representation of public companies, public and private securities offerings, corporate finance, tender offers, restructurings, venture capital transactions, technology licensing and other general corporate representation.

Mr. Finch's clients have included corporate clients ranging from publicly-held Fortune 500 companies to privately-held start-up and emerging growth companies, corporate and individual investors, private equity funds and entrepreneurs.

Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Finch was a partner with Irell & Manella LLP in Los Angeles.
