Gerald M Fisher, Partner

Gerald Fisher is a partner in our Los Angeles office and is a member of our Litigation Department. He focuses on transportation, international trade and logistics, energy, construction and insurance related to these practice areas. Mr. Fisher has litigated complex, high-value and high-risk cases for clients in the United States, Europe and Asia. His extensive experience in the marine and non-marine insurance and re-insurance industries has provided him with the ability to offer a unique service to major corporations looking to restructure their supply chain management and logistics relationships with carriers in all modes of transportation.

Mr. Fisher is known for his ability to analyze, simplify, manage, mediate and, if necessary, try large complex transportation and insurance cases. His nearly thirty years of extensive legal, insurance and business experience in the goods movement industry across all modes of transportation has provided Mr. Fisher with an intimate knowledge of the complex needs of the transportation, cargo, financial and insurance sides of the industry. This experience, combined with his demonstrated legal and courtroom skills, has allowed him to effectively represent the insurance industry and corporations in complex matters involving large cargo volumes in all transportation modes.
