Ms. Frasca is a Partner in our Irvine office and is a member of our Litigation Department. She has over thirty years of experience handling complex commercial and business litigation, including numerous bench and jury trials, pre-trial matters, injunction and other provisional remedy applications, civil contempt proceedings, arbitrations and mediations, in both state and federal courts. Ms. Frasca's practice includes handling a full range of appellate matters, including appeals and writ applications in state courts, the Seventh and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the Idaho Supreme Court.
Ms. Frasca has achieved many significant results for clients in matters involving unfair competition and business torts, commercial real estate disputes, corporate and partnership control disputes and dissolution, employment related litigation, franchise matters, contract and commercial transaction disputes, claims involving breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, professional liability and fraudulent conveyances, and other commercial disputes, both at the trial court and the appellate court level.

REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS/CLIENTS
Achieving reversal from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals of a $47 million judgment for unfair competition and other related torts obtained by sports agent Leigh Steinberg's firm against a rival sports agency, Athletes First, formed by his former partner.
Successful defense of over $40 million in claims for breach of an alleged partnership agreement, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty against a large Southern California homebuilder in multi-state litigation, including a six week jury trial, two state court appeals, a Ninth Circuit appeal, an Idaho state court action and appeal to the Idaho Supreme Court.
Representation of minority shareholders in home healthcare franchising companies in various state court litigation involving breach of fiduciary duty, breach of a shareholders' agreement, fraud and other tort claims, including successfully prosecuting charges for violation of court orders freezing millions of corporate funds, resulting in a civil contempt judgment that included a jail sentence.
Successful defense of Philippine National Bank in an action to recover on a $25 million irrevocable standby letter of credit, which was frozen by order of the Philippine Commission on Good Government as funds illegally diverted by former Philippine president Ferdinand Marcos, in a five week bench trial and Ninth Circuit appeal.
Obtaining a quiet title judgment and affirmance from the appellate court for a subsidiary of Sohio and British Petroleum, against Unocal, Southern Pacific Railway Company and Mono Power Company resolving a title dispute involving geothermal rights in property located near the Salton Sea, valued at over $2 billion.
