Mr. Giller is a partner in our Los Angeles office and is a member of our Litigation Department. Before joining our firm, Mr. Giller practiced with Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker; Dewey Ballantine and White & Case. Mr. Giller has represented and advised various clients in all aspects of real estate and complex business litigation in state and federal courts, including matters regarding insurance coverage, lender liability, construction defects, mechanics liens and stop notices, eminent domain, judicial foreclosures, bankruptcy litigation, contract disputes, joint ventures, unfair competition and employment law.
