Mr. Kent is an associate in our Los Angeles office and is a member of our Litigation Department. His practice focuses on business and real estate litigation, including disputed transactions, title, liens, financing, foreclosure, and commercial landlord-tenant disputes. Mr. Kent has been solely responsible for the trial and winning of cases before state, federal, and bankruptcy courts in California and Wisconsin.
Mr. Kent earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2002, focusing on land use and zoning issues. Prior to law school, Mr. Kent graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a degree in Scientific and Technical Communication, with an emphasis in Geology/Natural Resources.

Mr. Kent was the first recipient of the Public Interest LRAP Grant awarded by the University of Wisconsin Law School for students displaying outstanding commitment to public service.
