Mr. Maciejewski is an associate in our Los Angeles office and a member of our Litigation Department. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including real estate, breach of contract, and partnership disputes. Mr. Maciejewski has experience in all aspects of litigation at both the state and federal level including trials, oral argument, settlement negotiations, and appellate practice. In addition to the above practice areas, Mr. Maciejewski has experience successfully litigating matters involving entertainment, intellectual property, business fraud, and fraudulent transfers.
Mr. Maciejewski earned his law degree from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 2006. While in law school, Mr. Maciejewski served as an articles editor for Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review, a mentor and tutor for Loyola's Academic Support Program, and a judicial extern to the Honorable Vincent P. Zurzolo in the Central District of the United States Bankruptcy Court.
Prior to law school, Mr. Maciejewski earned his undergraduate degree in Business Economics from the University of San Diego, where he was a member of the Academic Honors Program.
