Mr. Mitilian is a Partner in our Los Angeles Office and a member of our Litigation Department. His practice includes expertise in:

• Real Estate Litigation;
• Business Litigation (including NAFTA and other international disputes);
• Commercial Litigation;
• Environmental Litigation;
• Entertainment Litigation; and
• Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Mr. Mitilian represents individuals, partnerships, small to large companies, national and regional REITs, national and regional developers and landowners, entertainment companies, including studios, companies in the automobile and oil industry, big box retailers, companies involved in distribution and sale of consumer goods, and national title companies.

From 2008 through 2011, Mr. Mitilian has been named a "Rising Star" by Southern California Super Lawyer magazine. Only 2.5% of the attorneys under age 40 in Southern California are selected for this honor.

Mr. Mitilian has tried cases before the Los Angeles Superior Court, the San Diego Superior Court, the Orange County Superior Court, the United States District Court, Central District of California, and has arbitrated before JAMS, Alternative Dispute Resolution and the American Arbitration Association.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Mitilian is actively engaged in various civic and professional organizations. Mr. Mitilian is also a member of the Firm's Recruiting Committee.
