Catherine L. Rhodes is a Senior Counsel in our Los Angeles office and is a member of our Litigation Department. Catherine is a solutions-oriented negotiator. She resolves sophisticated legal problems involving securities and employment litigation. Her clients primarily are executives and financial services professionals whose complex compensation disputes are largely based on multilayered commission structures. As a result of her experience, sincere professionalism, and strategic negotiation style, Catherine's clients experience significant and favorable outcomes, often in less time than expected.

Catherine is an experienced litigator. She has handled a wide range of complex business disputes in state and federal courts. She has litigated commercial disputes involving employment, securities, corporate and real estate matters. Her broad knowledge includes representing clients in complex product liability and class actions.

Service is an integral part of Catherine's professionalism. In her spare time, Catherine serves as an attorney for the California Lawyers for the Arts, a non-profit organization that provides lawyer referrals and other services to people in the creative arts and to arts organizations.
