Mr. Rodriguez is a partner in our Los Angeles office and is a member of our Business Transactions and Tax Planning Department. His practice focuses on business and tax planning law. He is experienced in representing clients in mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate law matters, including corporation, limited liability company, and partnership enterprises. His practice in the mergers and acquisitions arena includes representing buyers and sellers in a broad range of transactions, which encompasses stock purchases and asset sales. He is a certified public accountant and is involved in several legal and accounting Bar associations.
