Mr. Roper's practice focuses on corporate, contract and commercial law. He has developed a large Japanese company-based corporate practice, and is well known for his experience on a wide range of legal matters concerning Japanese corporations from mergers and acquisitions, to employment related laws and immigration law. He serves as a general counsel to various Japanese corporations. He frequently speaks on topics such sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, and immigration.
