Mr. Weinberg is an associate in our Los Angeles office and is a member of the Litigation Department. His practice focuses on Business Litigation and Real Estate Litigation. Mr. Weinberg's cases include matters involving commercial real estate disputes, lending disputes, title disputes, and other business and contractual disputes. Mr. Weinberg has experience in handling every aspect of pre-trial litigation, including written discovery, depositions, law and motion practice, settlements, and mediations.

Prior to joining Freeman, Freeman & Smiley, Mr. Weinberg worked as an associate at another civil litigation firm focused on disputes involving transportation, premises liability, personal injury, and products liability.
