Steven E. Young Quoted in The Hollywood Reporter, Los Angeles Times and People Magazine Regarding Audrey Hepburn Children's Fund

Parter, Steven E. Young, was quoted in the February 9th editions of the Los Angeles Times, People Magazine and the February 8th edition of The Hollywood Reporter regarding his representation of the Audrey Hepburn Children's Fund, which is suing the late actress’ son for allegedly interfering with the charity’s ability to use her name and likeness for fundraising.
The quote, as taken from Mr. Young's written complaint: "Ferrer seeks to entirely control, limit and prohibit the Fund from using the Hepburn IP unless it is willing to pay a significant portion of the fundraising proceeds to a charity of Ferrer's choice, or to simply preclude the Fund from utilizing the Hepburn IP altogether."
Mr. Young is a partner in the Los Angeles office and a member of the Litigation Department.
