Jeffrey M. Jensen, Senior Counsel

Jeffrey M. Jensen represents companies and individuals in a wide range of matters, with emphasis on class actions, complex commercial litigation, and white-collar defense.

To help his clients find solutions to their problems, not just resolutions to their court motions, Mr. Jensen asks direct questions, listens to their responses, and engages in creative problem solving based on identified goals.

He defends clients in cases involving breaches of contract, general business torts, employment law, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, and shareholder direct and derivative claims.

Mr. Jensen clerked for Alfred T. Goodwin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and George H. King of the U.S. Court for the Central District of California.
