Dawn Eyerly

Dawn Eyerly is a trial attorney with substantial litigation experience, including jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and mediations. She also has extensive appellate experience in both state and federal courts.

Dawn represents individuals as well as entities, ranging from small, family-owned businesses to multi-million-dollar international corporations. In addition to representing clients in litigation matters, she currently serves as outside general counsel for several companies. Her experience in the areas of contract disputes, real estate litigation, employment matters, fiduciary duty issues and negligence/premises liability litigation allow her to fully serve clients.
