Representing lenders, borrowers and developers

Ms. Draffin represents national and regional lenders, borrowers and developers in complex finance and general real estate issues. She works on matters ranging from commercial and industrial properties, raw land, residential tracts and apartment complexes to mixed use developments, ground lease arrangements, and public projects.

Representation of a municipality in the construction and operation of major sports facilities and long term management and lease arrangements with MLB and NHL franchises.

Representation of landowners, ground lessees and lenders in connection with ground leases for commercial and mixed use developments.

Representation of letter of credit issuer in $500 million multi-state bond financing for property portfolio.

Representation of buyers and sellers in commercial real estate acquisition transactions.
