John D. StanleyAn associate in our Litigation Practice Group, John D. Stanley represents business clients in a wide variety of cases, ranging from breach of contract and real estate disputes to business torts and shareholder derivative actions, among others.

As a trusted legal advisor to business owners, Mr. Stanley tackles complicated issues and works to achieve his clients’ legal goals, taking this burden off his clients so they can concentrate on running their businesses. His focus is the big picture, always seeking the best outcome based on each client’s unique circumstances.

Defending Multi-Million Dollar Claims

His experience includes defending multi-million dollar claims on behalf of business and insurance company clients at a national firm. Mr. Stanley interned at the U.S. Justice Department’s Antitrust Division in Washington, D.C. and externed for Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stuart Rice and Central District of California Judge Valerie Baker-Fairbank.

Serving Our Country

Mr. Stanley served as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps, including deployments to Iraq and throughout Asia and the Pacific. He has also volunteered on multiple medical and construction projects in Central and South America.
